lovely experience
great location continental items helpful staff
the location of the hotel is great. the breakfast offered a solid selection of continental items and cooked options. the staff, especially alex at reception, were always helpful, nothing felt too much.
the hotel parking required an additional fee, which i wasn't initially aware of.

Sunday lunch was a real delight. portions felt generous. Dishes were piping hot. the timing of each course was flawless, thanks to alex.

cracked washbasin broken coffee machine
The location? Fine, I guess. The staff seemed pleasant, though the promised "luxury" experience missed the mark. Our Club Beautiful Room definitely needed some TLC. The washbasin had a crack artfully patched up, and the electric radiator was always on. Even with the key removed, I was still roasting. The coffee machine's water jug was also cracked. I was not impressed, not one bit.

great hotel stay
clean room perfect location great staff friendly reception
My room WAS lovely and clean. The hotel provides a perfect location for restaurants as well as a pleasant walk to the town centre. The staff was the BEST thing, especially Alex on reception.
The automated paying system removes the personal experience. I wasn't sure i liked it.

The room had excellent amenities, including a minibar with a good selection and a modern coffee machine. The bed featured high-quality linens and several pillows, ensuring restful sleep, and it had a stylish design.

The hotel provides very good access to many shops, pubs, and restaurants around the city centre. Montpellier parade is only minutes away. It is an ideal starting point for exploring local attractions and enjoying the area.
